Deanna Anthony is a trained actor, vocalist, host, voiceover artist and audiobook narrator that has appeared in theatre, independent and industrial films, commercials and live events. With a background on stage, on camera, and in the booth, storytelling is at the essence of what she does every day. Bringing a broad range of skills, effervescence and conviction to her delivery process, Deanna's theatre background has prepared her to use her voice to bring life to art. She enjoys the collaborative creative process, and is comfortable self-directing, when and as needed.
Deanna’s voice has been described as warm, vibrant and conversational. Whether delivering inspirational, humorous or dramatic tones she remains committed to the text.

Audiobook narration to date includes Non-Fiction, Biography and Memoir, Children's and Kids, Cozy Mystery, Romance, Poetry, Middle Grade, Young Adult, Fantasy, Science Fiction, Paranormal, and Gothic Horror genres. Extensive acting training in drama, comedy, character work and scene study equips her with the skill to tell a story through another's vision, to become each character, while intense vocal training gives her the strength and dexterity to portray a wide range of multiple personality and varying gendered and non-gendered characterizations.
When not recording, taping or performing live, Deanna teaches voice technique and performance to teens and adults, and enjoys cooking, baking, quilting, traveling domestically and internationally, reading and writing with family and friends, and a good superhero moment. In 2020, she also began hosting her own digital talk show called “Afternoon Tea with D”. Deanna has a personal professional remote home studio and is also available for in-studio recording throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.
